Adopt-A-Family 2011
Help make the season bright for all families this Christmas. Adopt a low-income family in our community and give the gift of hope this year.
Phoenix Family's Adopt-a-Family provides families in need with a Christmas they cannot afford for themselves. We match our families with generous donors who "adopt" families for the holiday. Each sponsor will receive a personalized wish list and inforamtion about the family that they are helping. We will begin distributing the wish lists of children, families and seniors in Phoenix Family's programs beginning November 18, 2011.
General Information:
To adopt a family for the holidays with Phoenix Family Housing, please complete and return our sponsor form. After we’ve received your donor form, we will contact you with a personalized profile of a family that has requested adoption. The form will provide you not only with general information about the family (names, ages and gender of the children), but will also provide you with a short biography of the family that you’re adopting.
We ask that all gifts be delivered to Phoenix Family’s Main Offices (2838 Warwick Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64108) by December 16, 2011. Gifts will be distributed to the families the week before Christmas.
