CORPORATE MATCHING GIFTS
Through corporate gift matching your employer can multiply your gift to Phoenix Family. Contact your company's HR Office to see if they offer gift matching. If your employer does offer this program, ask your Human Resources Office for a matching gift form. Complete this form and mail it with your donation to Phoenix Family. Phoenix Family will then verify receipt of your gift and return the form to your company for matching funds.

Phoenix Family continues to strengthen and build community partnerships
to connect people in affordable housing with area agencies to coordinate
referrals, program services and funding. Phoenix Family’s Community Partners
