Phoenix Family Receives Circle of Hope Award
On June 5, Phoenix Family Housing was recognized by Harvesters for its work in leading the hunger relief effort in Kansas City. Phoenix Family received this year's Network Partnership award for its partnership with Harvesters. Phoenix Family partners with Harvesters to offer programs at 21 of Phoenix Family's sites throughout the Greater Kansas City area. Our partnership includes such programs as Kids Cafes, food pantries, Senior Mobile Food Pantry, Project Strength, and Kids in the Kitchen. The Circle of Hope Award spotlights the contributions of corporations, agencies, group and individuals in support of the thousands of Kansas City people who need hunger relief assistance.
